Our annexe buildings are finished to an extremely high standard, our team have a wealth of experience in building construction and we have therefore created a specification which will stand the test of time.
You can opt for a flat roof with an EPDM membrane or a pitched tiled roof, both of which are fully insulated. Our roof tiles come in a range of colours which can be chosen to compliment your cladding colour choice. Flat roof trim is also available in a range of colour options to match your window and door colour.
Internally our annexes are fitted with a high quality kitchens, bathrooms, and flooring, all of which can be custom designed for your new home.
As part of our service, we will provide a design consultation and run through the options for your new annexe. Each of our builds can be tailored to best suit your garden and personal requirements for internal layout and design.
Our kitchens, flooring, cladding, windows and doors are available in w wide range of colours to best suit your garden. Once our design consultation is completed we will provide a detailed quotation to ensure that you are happy with the choices.
At this point we can then apply for planning permission on your behalf which will include all of the build details including the external colour choices and window designs and locations.
The external cladding for our buildings is a cement-fibre composite material with a durable painted finish. The cladding can either be smooth or with a woodgrain finish to resemble painted wood.
