The Sycamore garden annexe is a large 2 bedroom home, it has a central living space with a fitted kitchen. The master bedroom is a spacious double bedroom with ensuite shower room, the second bedroom is a generous single room and there is also a communal shower room.
Our annexes are built on site to meet your requirements, therefore any aspect of the internal layout can be changed if required. We can also offer any size of granny annexe to meet your requirements.
Our annexes are constructed using top quality C24 redwood pine timber, this is straightest grain constructional timber available. The annexe timber frame is then full insulated with thick, rigid foam insulation as well as being fully insulated in the floor and ceiling with thick loft insulation. Internally, our annexes are fully plasterboarded and skimmed, just like a new build home. Externally we fit breathable felt membrane, this is then clad with high strength cement-fibre cladding boards.
The external design of the Sycamore is Stylish and contemporary, the external cladding, windows, doors and rooftrim are all available in a range of colours meaning that you can truly customise your new home.
External decking also allows you to create an outside living area, we can even install awnings or extend flat roofs to have a fixed canopy. A fixed external canopy can create an all year round usable space.

All of our annexes come with a fitted kitchen with high quality fixtures and fittings, a range of units, doors, worktops and flooring is available. Fitted shower rooms come with low profile shower tray, sink and toilet with high quality fixtures. Sink and shower areas are tiled, however a full wetroom can easily be made if required.
Bedrooms come complete with fitted wardrobes with sliding doors, electric water heater tank is usually stored in portion of the smaller bedroom wardrobe.
Quality skirtings, architraves and laminate flooring provide a beautiful finish to your new annexe.
Granny Annexe Planning Permission
Getting planning permission to site your new annexe is a very important part of the construction process. Our buildings are designed to comply with the ‘Caravan Act’, therefore it is far easier to attain permission. The process takes around 8 weeks from submitting the application to receiving the decision.
