The Honeysuckle is ideal for smaller garden plots that require a 2 bedroom property. The honeysuckle is our smallest 2 bedroom annexe, but at almost 12m x 5m, the design provides a wealth of internal space. It features a large double bedroom and a single bedroom.
The Honeysuckle is a fully insulated timber construction that is clad with cement-fibre wood effect cladding. Our annexes are designed to allow structural ventilation and use damp-proof membranes to ensure that the structure will stand the test of time.
The Honeysuckle comes as standard with large French patio doors and sidelights which allows natural light to flood into the living space. The French doors can also be changed to bifold doors which allow for the whole section to be opened when required.

Flat EPDM roof covering is supplied as standard, the roof can be changed to a pitched, tiled roof for an additional charge.
The Honeysuckle comes with a high quality fitted kitchen including integrated oven, induction hob, stainless extractor and LED downlights. A wide range of kitchen colours and designs are available.
The fitted bathroom comes with a low-threshold shower tray, toilet with soft close seat, sink and towel-warmer radiator.
Digital thermostat electric radiators are installed to provide heat during colder periods, they will automatically maintain the heat at the set temperature. Due to the high thermal performance that our annexes achieve, they are inexpensive to heat. The entire structure is fully insulated and is fitted with A-rated uPVC windows and doors.
High quality laminate flooring is included in our standard specification, this is available in a wide range of wood finish colours.
