All of our annexes are designs are made to suit the individual occupant, we take time to fully plan the layout and internal specification to give you a truly bespoke annexe. Our standard options are detailed in our specifications page to give you a starting point, we stress that our standard options are of superb quality. Therefore many of our customers will simply customise colour options such as windows, cladding, kitchen doors and laminate flooring.
One of the main services that we provide is applying for planning permission on behalf of our customers. Our planning experts will draw up the plans, submit the documents and liaise with Somerset County Council directly. In areas of outstanding natural beauty we are unlikely to obtain planning, however conservation areas are not a problem.
We are experienced in the planning process for garden dwellings, all of our garden annexes have been designed to fall within the caravan act.
