The Bluebell is also ideal for smaller gardens, the layout of the Foxglove means that natural light is able to floor into the living area and bedroom via the large windows and glazed patio doors. At 36m² the Foxglove is our second smallest annexe, however this annexe makes great use of space and feels very spacious. Windows, doors, cladding and roof trim all have multiple colour options, to make your new annexe sit nicely in your garden we suggest taking the time to look at different colour configurations. We are able to arrange colour samples which can be viewed when a site survey is conducted.
Our Foxglove annexe design comes with a high quality fitted kitchen which includes base and wall units with soft-close doors, quality worktops, LED downlighting, oven, hob and extractor. The kitchen unit carcasses are available in 3 colours and the doors have around 50 colour options in a range of door styles. Each of our fitted kitchens is custom designed to meet your requirements.
The Foxglove shower room comes with a low-threshold shower tray and soft close toilet. Comfort toilets are also available which offer a higher seat position, handrails can be installed as well as shower seats.
Windows and doors are available in 8 colour options, internally the windows are always white as standard. The external colour can be matched inside of the annexe for an additional charge. Our windows and doors are a premium range of uPVC windows which have high security locking mechanisms and hinges. 28mm low-e double glazing is also installed to ensure your new home stays warm as well as secure.
