A beautifully installed kitchen really does make a home complete. All of our garden annexes come complete with a fully fitted kitchen as standard including custom made units, worktops, doors, sink and appliances.
We have a standard range which is included in the listed prices, however you can fully customise your new kitchen to any preferred specification. We partner with Howden’s Joinery for our kitchen supplies to offer a fully comprehensive range of designs.
To best customise your new annexe kitchen, we recommend booking in a design consultation at your local Howdens showroom where the team can create your new kitchen and bring it to life with 3-D renderings.
Our shower rooms are designed with high quality bathroom suites, we specify useful options such as low profile shower trays, soft close toilet seats and towel warmer radiators. However, if you have a specific bathroom suite in mind, we are happy to install this in your new annexe.
Baths and walk-in baths are also available, as well as shower seats, hand rails and wet rooms options.
At Family Annexe we also construct external options such as timber/composite decking and patio areas. External options can be surveyed during an on-site consultation with our surveyor, we can then provide an itemised quotation for the additional works.
We offer a turn-key service for our annexes, meaning that they are ready to move into. We can undertake other works in your garden or you may have an existing contractor in mind for your garden landscaping. For more information, speak to our site surveyor.
