The Hawthorn is our largest one-bedroom garden annexe, boasting a spacious kitchen/living area, ‘Jack and Jill’ bathroom/ensuite, and large double bedroom with built in wardrobe space.
Build time for this granny annexe is built and complete in just seven-weeks. That includes everything from initial groundworks and services connection to the final coat of paint.
A flat EPDM roof comes as standard, with a pitched roof option available for an additional cost.
Outside, you can choose from a range of cladding, roof tiles, windows and doors. Inside, we include laminate flooring, digital electric radiators, joinery, lighting and doors. All of our kitchens include an oven (with extractor), LED downlights and sink, plus you can select from a range of kitchen units, handles and worktops. Shower rooms are tiled and finished with premium fixtures and fittings as standard, but can easily be upgraded to a wet-room for increased practicality.
Whether we build your home with full planning permission or via the Caravan Act, you’ll receive full Part P and Building Control approval. We also provide a ten-year structural warranty on all of our projects.
