All of our annexes are designs are made to suit the individual occupant, we take time to fully plan the layout and internal specification to give you a truly bespoke annexe. Our standard options are detailed in our specifications page to give you a starting point, we stress that our standard options are of superb quality. Therefore many of our customers will simply customise colour options such as windows, cladding, kitchen doors and laminate flooring.
One of the main services that we provide is applying for planning permission on behalf of our customers. Our planning experts will draw up the plans, submit the documents and liaise with your Local Planning Authority directly. Some local areas in Bedfordshire are classed as areas of outstanding natural beauty, in which case it would be hard to attain planning permission for a garden annexe.
