All of our annexes are designs are made to suit the individual occupant, we take time to fully plan the layout and internal specification to give you a truly bespoke annexe. Our standard options are detailed in our specifications page to give you a starting point, we stress that our standard options are of the highest quality. Therefore many of our customers simply choose colour options for windows, cladding, kitchen doors and laminate flooring.
One of the main services that we provide is applying for planning permission on behalf of our customers. Our planning experts will draw up plans, submit the documentation and liaise with Wiltshire County Council planning department directly. Some areas may be protected with conservation orders and even listed as areas of outstanding natural beauty.
We are experienced in the planning process for garden dwellings, all of our garden annexes have been designed to fall within the parameters of the caravan act.
