We offer a full turn-key solution from initial consultation to final interior decoration. Our annexes come complete with bespoke fitted kitchen, bathrooms and built-in wardrobes for bedrooms. We achieve a high quality finish with LED spotlights, skirtings and coving.

Each granny annexe in our range can be fully customised because we construct our projects on site. During the quotation stage we will discuss in detail the options for interior layout and room sizes to ensure that your new annexe will meet your requirements.

Two Bedroom Annexes

A range of large 2 bedroom garden annexes can be perfect for many situations where the property has a larger garden plot. 2 bedroom annexes can be a large dwelling for single occupancy with extra rooms for guests or to be used as an office or hobby room.

The larger of our 2 bedroom annexes can easily be made into a 3 bedroom by having a single bathroom. We can also make annexes up to 20m in length and 6.8m in depth.
